Requests for personal caring may be made either by calling CCHC-SF office at 510-893-3210 or complete a request form.  The request must be made by the patient or with the patient’s consent.  We will call the patient for a telephone interview to better understand the needs so that we can match the patient with a suitable same-gender volunteer, who will visit the patient in person.

Our services are free of charge. Our volunteers are strictly instructed not to give unauthorized medical advice, or promote any medical products or nutritional supplements or any other merchandise or paid services.

若有病人需要義工探訪關懷，可致電三藩市角聲癌友關懷中心，電話510-893-3210，或填寫服務要求。請先得病人同意，才申請這項服務。接到要求後，我們會聯絡病人，進一步了解病人的情況及需要，以致我們能作適當的安排。

我們的服務是免費的。我們嚴禁義工給予病人醫療意見、推介藥物及營養產品、或進行可圖利的買賣交易。
