Heart of the Valley serves the West Valley corridor of Santa Clara County, including Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and Santa Clara. Volunteers provide escorted transportation for people over 59 years of age. Do not provide transportation for people in wheelchairs or those needing walkers or canes.
